Finally, our analysis of the web-ranking process based on our model of comprehensive SEO services suggests that the parameters used by existing SERP feature presence studies may need to broaden the SEO nomenclature and provide a more detailed overview of how SEO companies can ensure SERP feature presence and user contentment. It is important to note the presence of demand for the development of specialized SERP retrieval tools for SEO experts.

In conclusion, the result provides a comprehensive view of the SEO services in Singapore. This paper addresses three important problems that have not been received in the previous work. First, based on the results, we realize that our research has certain limitations. Singapore is considered to be one of the top ICT countries in Asia and its government spends a lot of money on Information Communications Technology (ICT). Therefore, as the first step, the authors are interested in the three main cities of these countries and mainly SEO enterprise class companies. In the future, we will continue to evaluate the difference in SEO services between countries by comparing data from Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Second, although this pilot study has analyzed a limited portion of SEO services in Singapore, based on our experience, much of the addressed analysis may be transferable to different countries, as the structure and complexities in SEO services are not likely to be quite different.
